At Gloev, we are committed to providing a high-end experience through our innovative personal care technology. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine condition:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same state that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging, including all inserts, manuals, and intact protective seals.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty devices, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used Hygiene Products: Any device that has come into contact with skin, hair, or mouth (e.g., dental cleaners, hair growth combs) cannot be returned once the original hygiene seal is broken.

  • Specific Goods: Perishable items, custom orders, or hazardous materials.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased on clearance or gift cards.

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate: Email us at aaron20160919@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Authorization: If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Address: Returns must be sent to the specific warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

5. Damages and Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all "pristine condition" requirements mentioned above.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Delays: If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at aaron20160919@gmail.com.
