1. Free Shipping Eligibility
At Gloev, we provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD. Since our high-performance devices are curated within this premium price range, most of your purchases will automatically qualify for complimentary delivery at checkout.
2. Processing & Handling Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
We ship globally from our distribution centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–12 business days.

Latin America (Mexico, Chile, etc.): 10–20 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
4. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls under this category, our support team may contact you for an alternative physical address to ensure safe delivery of your high-value device.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Gloev is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
